1. Open the iLuminary app and login with your access PIN

The iLuminaryAI Wallet is a self-custodial wallet where the security is your responsibility and the assets are under your control

2. Select cryptos and blockchains to swap

Currently, we support the following blockchains: Q Mainnet, Ethereum, BNB Chain, Polygon, Arbitrum, Manta Pacific, Fantom, Optimistic Ethereum, Base.

3. Select transaction type between Market Price and Fixed Rate

Market Price — We pre-select the best exchange rate, but the final amount may differ from that indicated in the “You Get” field.

Fixed Rate — You receive the exact amount(set rate guaranteed for 5 minutes) shown in the transaction details.

3. Confirm swap details, including the rate and estimated duration

Now your transaction entered the queue where we ensure a smooth, secure transaction as per the details confirmed.

5. Watch for updates and status of transaction until successful

In your “Swap History” tab you can see the swaps you have performed along with the status codes:

Pending — In the queue, waiting to start swapping
Exchanging — Currently in the process of performing the swap
Success — Swap transaction was completed successfully
Refund — Transaction failed and the funds were returned to the wallet address of the user
Error — The transaction failed. The reason for the error may vary(e.g. not enough balance, etc.)
